After one month and a few days, John Porter’s Living History is finished. It was really a wonderful experience to put together this film. It is not as linear as other projects we have worked on since John has worn multiple hats throughout his life. Careers in the Army, finance, higher education, and service in church have filled his life with so many good moments to share. Because of how rich with experiences his life has been, we were asked by his family to include as many moments as possible in the final film. I hope that John and his family enjoy watching this 4 hour and 30 minute masterpiece! What a life story, John! Kendra and I both agree that you could be a professional narrator. Such an ability to tell stories!
I believe that I left this film feeling a greater sense of what it means to walk by faith. You have lived your life lead by inspiration. What a terrific example you are to your family and friends. It was great to document your life and I am certain your family will treasure these stories for years to come.
